You will find a link to the Tega Cay Absence Reporting Google form below. In order to access and complete this form, you will need to have a Gmail (Google) account. The form allows you to upload photos and scans of medical notes/bereavement documentation/etc. This form will record your email address and send you a confirmation.
If you don't have a Gmail account, you can create one or you can continue to submit parent notes and documentation to me via email (email@example.com). Please provide the student(s) name(s), the teachers name, the date(s) that your student(s) will be absent from school and the reason for the absence. We do not accept call in absence reports.
